A two night minimum stay is required on weekends, and a three night minimum is required on holiday weekends.

A $20. Surcharge is added to room rates for available single nights during the weekend.

To reserve your room, we require either a deposit check equal to the first night’s stay or 50% of a longer stay, or a credit card.

Cancellation Policy:  If you should be forced to cancel your reservation with us, our policyt is as follows:Notify us 7 or more days in advance and your deposit is fully refundable.

Less than 7 days notice will render your deposit un-refundable unless we are able        to rebook your room.  If you have reserved your room with a gift certificate, we will deduct the deposit value from your gift certificate.

If your reservation was made 7 days or less from your expected arrival, and you are forced to cancel, we require such notice by 4:00 p.m. the day before your
arrival.  If we do not receive notice, your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation notice must be in writing or by phone; answering machine messages
not accepted.

Winter Rates are available November through April. First night’s stay is regular price, second and subsequent night’s stay are 1/2 off.. (Winter rates can not be combined with any other offers or specials and are not available during holidays.)

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.  (Eastern Time)

A complimentary Scandinavian buffet style breakfast is included in the rates and served weekends only.  During the week we serve an excellent continental breakfast.

We Are A Smoke-Free Environment! Guests are allowed to smoke on decks,
balconies, and in the summerhouse only. If you do smoke anywhere inside the Inn,
you will be asked to leave without refund and charged an extra cleaning fee.
